It was very interesting to learn about this game and I appreciate the chance to do so without having to put the time in to actually play it.
It reminds of another 3D platformer that tried and failed to be the next big hit, Napple Tale for the Dreamcast. It also has a main character that is a could from the real world that gets isekai’d into a world of metaphor to help them process things and mature. Except this one also covers topics of death and loss pretty unashamedly.
Napple Tale is actually fantastic though, it has a beautiful almost ghibli like art style, music by Yoko Kanno, and really engaging characters. I highly recommend trying it, though the only way to play it in English is with a fan patch.
